Process
You have decided on your conservatory style, shape and size, you have selected the construction material and now you consider the installation process. We will work with you to ensure that this is correctly planned to ensure minimum disruption and that the work is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Site survey, building regulations and planning permission
Our design consultants will carry out a site survey to establish if there are any services such as drains power cables or gas mains in the specified location. We will arrange planning permission and building regulations if required and produce a schedule of works ensuring that you are fully informed of the schedule from day one.

Any unwanted materials will be removed from the site and the foundations dug out, at this stage any necessary drainage is fitted and a concrete foundation is laid.

After laying foundations the walls are constructed to finished floor level, and the floor slab is prepared after laying a damp proof membrane.

The dwarf wall is then constructed using the selected brick style and mortar.

With the base of the conservatory in position and the dwarf walls completed, the next stage is to fit the window frames and door frame if required, which will make up the sides of the conservatory.

The next stage is to fit the roof sections and damp proof flashing where required. When this is complete the whole unit is glazed using sealed glass units which are fitted into the frame sections.

Finally the inside is finished by adding electrics and floor and wall coverings all of which need selecting and purchasing prior to this stage to avoid delay.
The area around the conservatory can now be landscaped to suit your requirements.
